Pickup starts: 3 hours before departure.

For travelers to the United States of America, we advice a 3 hours pick up before their Departure flight.

For all other countries we advice a 2 hour pick up before their Departure flight.

We Pick up from all hotels within Nassau Bahamas and all Airbnb, vacation rentals, points of interest.

Transportation details Pick Up from Airport

As you exit the customs area on the lower floor, Our representative will be waiting on the outside of the arrivals section. The rep will have a sign with the name of the lead person or our driver may call you to the meet up location at the airport. If parking is available, you’ll be escorted across the street to your vehicle. If it’s raining, the driver will bring the vehicle to the curb. Our service covers all hotels in Nassau. You’ll travel in a private, air-conditioned vehicle, and the driver will provide a departure card with pickup details and our contact information for any changes.

Each person is permitted one suitcase and one personal item. (Also maximum of 5 passengers with 5 luggage or 6 passengers with 4 luggage). For our big van it would be (max 10 persons with 10 luggage)
